The first floor of the building is currently being used as a floorist shop. There is a reception area, two offices and a conference area. A large area is currently established as a show room. This room is can be used as a storeroom or retail sales. There is a large load door that leads to an outside storage area. This area is currently established for greenhouse use and outdoor plant growing.
